Residential Support Services

At ThomasHill, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive ABA support services to residential homes, catering to the diverse needs of children, teens, and adults within these settings.

Our team comprises board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) who provide expert oversight and guidance to ensure the highest quality of care and support for our clients. Working collaboratively with internal staff, our BCBAs develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

Our registered behavior technicians (RBTs) play a crucial role in implementing these treatment plans, providing direct support and intervention to clients on a day-to-day basis. With their specialized training and expertise in ABA principles, our RBTs work closely with internal staff to implement behavior support strategies, teach new skills, and promote independence and success for our clients.

We understand the importance of fostering a supportive and collaborative partnership with residential homes to ensure the seamless integration of our services into the daily routines and activities of our clients. Our goal is to enhance the overall quality of life for individuals living in residential settings by promoting skill development, behavior management, and social inclusion.

Whether it's providing support with communication skills, social interactions, daily living tasks, or behavioral challenges, our team is committed to delivering personalized and effective services that meet the unique needs of each client. We strive to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential and thrive in their residential environment.
