School Based Services

At ThomasHill, we are dedicated to enhancing the educational experience and promoting the success of students by providing comprehensive ABA support services in school settings. Our team of highly trained professionals, including board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs), collaborates closely with internal school staff to support students across a wide range of settings, including public, private, and charter schools.

With expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), our BCBAs provide expert oversight and guidance to ensure the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals. They work in tandem with school staff to conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing training and support to facilitate skill development and positive behavior change.

Our dedicated team of RBTs works directly with students, providing hands-on support and intervention to address behavioral challenges, teach new skills, and promote independence and success in the classroom. They collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and other school personnel to ensure consistency and effectiveness in implementing behavior support strategies and interventions.

We understand the importance of fostering a collaborative partnership with schools to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Whether it's supporting students in preschool through 12th grade, our team is committed to promoting academic success, social-emotional development, and overall well-being.

We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students and empowering them to reach their full potential. Through our collaborative approach, evidence-based practices, and commitment to excellence, we strive to create a school environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
